Future Plans

?i love showing people how to make vegan food.. Knowing they go home to their families and create new food traditions that dont involve the exploitation of animals is a big part of why i started teaching. I really want to expand on this,  particularly helping pre-vegans transition and give them the knowledge to live healthily and happily as vegans. So im very excited to tell you all about the work going on where i live in Somerset ,building a kitchen that i will open next year as a residential vegan cooking school. Guests will be able to stay in the amazing space that is Rockaway Park and come and learn how to make all the foods they want.

i will keep the classes small and will be able to offer bespoke courses, all centered around what the students actually want to cook.

I believe this will be a first for the UK and i am VERY excited!

My 20 year old Sam-E has been vegan now for 3 years so I dabble in it when she’s home from uni. I have a restrictive diet due to intolerance to deadly night shade group amongst others, alongside a leaky gut. Desperately working on trying to develope some tasty meals I can enjoy cooking and eating. Planning on setting up edible garden. Would you be interested in meeting up to discuss further?
I live just outside Bath – Midford in beautiful woodlands which are presently inundated with wild garlic.
